《Service Agreement》 《Privacy Policy》

Please make sure read and understand carefully all the rights and obligations stipulated in this "Service Agreement" (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement"). Unless you accept the terms of this agreement, you have no right to download, install or use this "MEEYE" and related services. Once you install, copy, download, access or use this software by other ways, it will be regarded as acceptance of this agreement, which means that you agree to be bound and restricted by all the terms of this agreement. If you do not agree the terms of this agreement, please do not install, copy or use this software.

This agreement is a legal agreement between the user and Wuhan Enzhi Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") regarding users downloading, installing, using, and copying of the Yunzhi AI (hereinafter referred to as the "software") attached to this agreement.

1. Statement of Rights

All intellectual property rights of the "software" and all information related to the "software", including but not limited to: text expressions and combinations, icons, graphics, images, charts, colors, interface design, layout framework, related data, additional programs, printed materials or electronic documents and etc. are all owned by the company, and are protected by the Copyright Law of the People's Republic of China, International Copyright Treaties and other relevant intellectual property laws and regulations.

2. Scope of License

2.1 Download, installation and use: This software is free, and users can download, install and use it under non-commercial conditions with unlimited times.

2.2 Copying, distribution and dissemination: Users can copy, distribute and disseminate this software under non-commercial conditions with unlimited times. But it must be ensured that every copy, distribution and dissemination are complete and true, including all software, electronic documents, copyrights and trademarks which are related to this software, as well as this agreement.

3. Restrictions on Rights

3.1 Reverse engineering, reverse compilation and reverse assembly are prohibited: users are not allowed to reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble this software, and must not modify the compilation any resources in the program file. In addition to laws and regulations expressly allowing above activities, users must respect the restrictions of this agreement.

3.2 Division of components: This software is licensed as a single product, and the user shall not separate each part for any purpose.

3.3 Non-commercial use: This software is free, and users are not allowed to sell, copy, or distribute it commercially, including but not limited to software sales, pre-installation, bundling, etc.

3.4 Reserved rights: All other rights not expressly authorized in this agreement are still owned by the company, and users must obtain written consent from the company when using other rights.

4. User Instructions

4.1 This software provides services such as user registration, login, device addition, preview, playback, intercom, and alarm push. The company reserves the right to adjust the service content and service methods from time to time. Please stop using the software If you do not accept the adjusted service content and service methods.

4.2 This software is only applicable to Android/IOS OS. User can uninstall the software If he/she wants to give up using of it for any reason after installing the software.

4.3 The network fee and data fee generated while using this software shall be paid by the user to the network service provider.

4.4 This software is provided by the company with its product and technical support. Please upgrade the software to the latest version in time. The old version will no longer be maintained after the new version is released. The company reserves the right to stop and continue of supporting and maintaining a certain version.

4.5 Software Modification and Upgrade: The company reserves the right to provide users with modification and upgrade of this software.

4.6 Product Attachment: The user hereby agrees that the company may attach other related products of the company along with the software for the users to download and install independently in order to provide conveniences for the users.

4.7 This software does not contain any malicious code designed to destroy the data of user’s operating system and to obtain user’s privacy information, does not contain any functional code for tracking or monitoring user’s operating systems, will not monitor online or offline behavior of the users, and will not collect the user's personal information of using any other software or document and leak any privacy of the users.

4.8 Users shall only use this software in comply of the law and this agreement. The user has no right to perform the following actions including but not limited to:

4.8.1 Shall not delete or change all:

4.8.2 Shall not deliberately avoid or destroy the technical measures taken by the copyright owner for protecting the copyright of this software:

4.8.3 Shall not use this software to mislead or deceive others；

4.8.4 Shall not violate the national regulations, to delete, modify, add, or interfere the function of the operation system which may lead to the failure of the OS working normally；

4.8.5 Shall not disrupt the normal operation of the software system or website, shall not deliberately spread computer viruses and other destructive programs:

4.8.6 Shall not have any other behaviors to damage the computer information network security；

4.9 The company cannot guarantee the safety of the software which are downloaded from websites that is not designated by the company, or obtained from media that is not issued by the company, the use of such software may cause unpredictable risks, it is strongly recommended that users shall not download, install, and use of such software, the company does not assume any legal responsibility arising therefrom.

4.10 Any pictures, videos, applications or other materials uploaded, published, transmitted, shared, downloaded through the services provided by this software, whether publicly or privately transmitted, are the responsibility of the users. Users need to independently bear legal responsibility for their actions on this software.

4.11 Any uploading, publishing, transmitting, sharing, and downloading of the contents by using of this software shall comply with the relevant provisions of current national laws and regulations, and shall not contain any of the following content:

4.11.1 Violation of the basic principles established by the Constitution; including other contents prohibited by laws and administrative regulations；

4.11.2 Endangering national security; leaking national secrets; subverting state power, and undermining national unity；

4.11.3 Damaging the honor and interests of the country; attacking the party, government and its leaders；

4.11.4 Inciting ethnic hatred and ethnic discrimination; undermining ethnic unity；

4.11.5 Inciting illegal assemblies, associations, processions, demonstrations, gathering to disrupt social order; proceeding activities in the name of illegal civil organizations:

4.11.6 Undermining the state's religious policies, promoting cults and feudal superstition；

4.11.7 Spread rumors or false news, disrupt social order, and undermine social stability；

4.11.8 Spreading reactionary, obscene, pornographic, gambling, violence, murder, terror or instigating crime；

4.11.9 False, harassing, insulting, intimidating, harmful, provocative, and vulgar information；

4.11.10 Violates the traditional virtues of the Chinese nation, social ethics, ethics, and socialist spiritual civilization；

4.11.11 Words and news that promote racial discrimination and undermine the unity of the country, nation, or region；

4.11.12 Infringes on others' portrait rights, name rights, reputation rights, privacy rights or other personal rights；

4.11.13 Information that infringes any third party's patent, copyright, trademark, reputation, or any other legal rights

4.11.14 There are other content prohibited by laws, administrative regulations and national regulations. Users shall bear all civil, administrative or criminal legal responsibilities caused by improper uploading, releasing, transmitting, sharing, and downloading of information。

4.12 Privacy Protection

4.12.1 The company has formulated strict user upload information processing rules and safety protection measures to ensure that user information is collected without exceeding the purpose and scope, to ensure the safety of user upload information, and to ensure that the information uploaded by users is not abused. The company guarantees not to disclose or provide user registration information to any third parties, unless the following circumstances occur：

(1) Stipulated by relevant legal provisions or legal service procedures of the company；

(2) In an emergency, to protect the rights and interests of users and the publics；

(3) Other situations where personal information needs to be opened, edited or disclosed in accordance with the law。

5. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

5.1 Although this software has been tested in detail, still cannot be guaranteed to be fully compatible with all software and hardware systems, and cannot be guaranteed that the software is completely error-free. In the event of incompatibility and software errors, users can call the technical support number or log on to the company’s official website to report the situation to the company for technical support. If the compatibility problem cannot be solved, the user can delete the software.

5.2 The risk of using this software is borne by the user, within the maximum scope permitted by applicable law, damages and risks arising from the use or inability to use this software, include but not limited to direct or indirect personal damages and loss of commercial profits, trade interruption, loss of commercial information or any other economic losses, the company does not bear any responsibility.

5.3 The company does not guarantee that it will meet the user's requirements and expectations; it does not guarantee that it will not be interfered or maliciously attacked; it does not guarantee that the quality of service is timely, safe, reliable or error-free.

5.4 The user shall bear the relevant consequences and corresponding legal responsibilities for account and password loss, information leakage, data loss, account banning or closure due to illegal activities such as recording, publishing, transmission, sharing, use or other negligent behaviors caused by the user.

5.5 The company does not bear any responsibility for losses caused by telecommunication system or Internet network failure, operating system failure or virus, information damage or loss, operating system problem or any other force majeure.

5.6 If the user violates the provisions of this agreement, the company has the right to take measures including, but not limited to, discontinue of license, suspension of service provision, restriction of use, and legal investigation.

6. Legal and Dispute Resolving

6.1 This agreement applies to the laws of the People's Republic of China.

6.2 Any dispute arising from or related to this agreement shall be settled through friendly negotiation between the parties; if the negotiation fails, either party may submit the relevant dispute to the court of the defendant's domicile for settlement.

7. Other Terms

7.1 If any clause in this agreement is completely or partially invalid or unenforceable for any reason, or violates any applicable law, the clause shall be deemed deleted, but the remaining clauses of this agreement shall still be valid and binding force.
